Information Collection and Use
SMS Media Group, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on our web sites. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in these policies. We may collect information from our users at several different points on our websites.
Confirmed Opt-in Registration
In order to use the Jenny Jet products and services, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration a user is required to give their 10-digit cell phone number in which the services will be provided to. The user will receive a text message containing a 4-digit confirmation code on the provided cell phone number. To complete the registration process, the user must enter this exact confirmation code. This procedure confirms that the subscriber is the holder of the cell phone. Users are not added to our system for receiving messages without going through the Confirmed Opt-in registration. The collection of the user1s cell phone number is solely for the purpose of providing the specific services requested by the user during the registration process. If the user does not confirm their registration, the user will only receive the confirmation message on their cell phone.
They user may also provide other contact and demographic information (such as name, e-mail address, gender, age, etc.) during the registration process or at a later time if the user should need to update their registration/account information. It is optional for the user to provide this additional contact and demographic information, but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience of our products and services. If the service requested is a premium SMS services requiring payment by the user in order to receive such services, we may additionally collect the user1s credit card billing or shipping information.
If we have trouble processing a registration, the users cell phone or email address may be used by us to get in touch with the user.
The user may receive an email from us from time to time containing information about service improvements.
Log Files
We may collect IP addresses, and other information to analyze web site trends, administer the site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses may be used by us to personally identify a person that may be abusing our products and services.
Sharing
SMS Media Group is the sole owner of the information provided by the user. We do not sell or rent our database information. We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and sponsors. We may use outside service providers to provide our products and services to users in which case, we will maintain agreements with these vendors in order to have them abide by these privacy policies. Our contracts with these service providers do not authorize them to use user data in anyway that is outside of this privacy policy. We may release user contact and other information to third parties when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with law or in response to a subpoena, warrants, etc.

Our web sites may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our sites and to read the privacy policies of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by our web sites.
Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site may request information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary. Information requested may include contact information (such as name, e-mail and cellular phone number), and demographic information (such as zip code and age). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of our products and services and all use of the user data remains within the guidelines of this privacy policy.
Tell-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our products and services, we may ask them for the friend's name and email address. We will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. We may store this information for the sole purpose of sending these one-time messages.
Supplementation of Information
In order for this website to properly fulfill its obligation to our users, it may be necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with information from 3rd party sources. This information is used for the sole purposes of providing the services to the user, and will not be used in any other way.
Sponsorship Offers, Announcements, and Updates
We may send new members a welcoming email or SMS to confirm their registration. Established users will occasionally receive information on our products and services through an email newsletter. These email announcements and updates may contain messages from third party sponsors or advertisers. These sponsorship offerings may also be included on the SMS products and services being provided to the user. IN WHICH CASE THE USER IS FULLY INFORMED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION THAT THEY WILL RECEIVE THESE SPONSORSHIP OFFERS AS PART OF THE SERVICE. If the sponsorship offerings are not part of the SMS products and services being offered, the user must expressly request to receive such sponsorship messages from us. EVERY SMS MESSAGE SENT TO A USER IS CLEARLY IDENTIFIED AS THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THE USER REGISTERED TO RECEIVE.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your cellular phone number), the user may correct, update or remove their information provided to us on our web site. We may also send the user by email or SMS information requesting them to update or maintain their account on a periodic basis.
Unsubscribe/Opt-Out
Users may unsubscribe from a SMS products or services at any time on the web site in which they registered. Users may also unsubscribe by sending their information to us by email or by sending an SMS with the word end, cancel, unsubscribe or remove. These unsubscribe requests are handled automatically by the system.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policies, we will post those changes on our web site, so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Your continued use of the service agrees to such changes.

SMS Media Group, Inc. has implemented generally accepted standards of technology security in order to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Only authorized personnel and agents are provided access to user data and certain databases containing non-personal information, and these employees have agreed to ensure confidentiality of this information.
Changes in Corporate Structure
If all or part of SMS Media Group or the Jenny Jet service is sold, merged or otherwise transferred to another entity, or sells any of the SMS products and services in the form of an asset sale; the integrity of this privacy policy will remain intact.
